I would sit on the couch watching diet/exercise infomercials while eating sweeten cereal until the roof of my mouth was raw (or basically anything full of sugar with not an ounce of nutritional value) then wondering why I could never lose weight. I’ve failed at so many diet programs, I can’t even remember all their names. I was either starving myself, going financially broke, moodier than ever, or all the above rolled together!

Being on the shy side, I wasn’t all too sure about this idea of having a coach, teammates, group chats and calls. After all, that meant I may have to step out of my comfort zone.


My coach told me to trust this system and give it a chance. After all, what’s the worst that would happen by taking a Burn cap, having some Keto Fuel, and adding 15 minutes of movement per day?

It wasn’t long when I could see and feel changes in my body. Then soon after that my whole attitude took on major improvement changes. As my confidence level quickly increased, I started reaching out and interacting more with my coach and teammates. I started to set and reach personal goals. Oh, how a little flicker of doubt turned into a blazing fire of excitement when I finally understood exactly what my coach was teaching me about this amazing system.


I never dreamt that I could lose this much weight and belly fat in such a short period of time and feel so amazing. My energy, confidence, and outlook on life has improved dramatically.


The support of my coach, teammates, Owen, and Kristy is above and beyond and I am forever grateful to have been introduced to this life changing program! PS: I’m not done, I can’t wait for the next challenge!

Quit hiding behind your negativity. Push thru it – earn it – and own it! Put yourself on a healthy journey, because you deserve every ounce of it.
